By using ReputationHQ products, all products of Abel Creative, LLC, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (”Terms of Use”).

ReputationHQ reserves the right to update the Terms of Use without notice. Updates that enhance or improve the current products, including the release of new tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms of Use. Continued use of the product after any such changes will constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms and conditions below will result in the termination of your Account.

Account Terms

1. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the subscription process.
2. You may create separate logins for as many people as you’d like.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account info and passwords. ReputationHQ will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others who have access to your account).
5. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

1. A valid credit card is required for subscription purchases.
2. You are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments will be accepted via monthly auto withdrawal only, starting on the day of subscription fulfillment. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
3. If you cancel prior to the last day in your billing cycle you will not be charged for the following month, and your account will be paid up and closed.

Content Ownership

1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you obtain by our products. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by adding users, you agree to allow others to view and share your content.
2. ReputationHQ does not continuously screen monitors, but we have the right (not the obligation) in our exclusive discretion to refuse or remove any content that becomes available via the monitors. ReputationHQ is not responsible for any content obtained or not obtained from our monitors.

General Conditions

1. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email and IM.
2. You understand that ReputationHQ uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, storage, and related technology required to use our products.
3. You must not modify or hack the product and then falsely imply that it is associated with the product, ReputationHQ, or any other Abel Creative, LLC product or service.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove monitors containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are pornographic, obscene, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable or violates these Terms of Use.
5. You agree that ReputationHQ will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if ReputationHQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (1) the cost of substitute goods and services purchased or entered into through or from the product; (2) the use or the inability to use the product; (3) unauthorized access to or alteration of your collected data; (4) statements or conduct of any third party on the product; (5) or any other matter relating to the product.
6. The failure of ReputationHQ to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Cancellations

1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is all we need. You can cancel your account at any time as there are no contracts.
2. If you cancel before the last day of your billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
3. All of your content will be deleted from our servers upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is canceled.
4. ReputationHQ has the exclusive right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future use of our products for any reason at any time.
5. ReputationHQ reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue our products with or without notice.
6. Prices of all product monthly subscription fees are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the product on this site. ReputationHQ will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a product.
