Future Enhancements
As feature-packed as our version 1 release is, we still have some exciting plans for the future including:
- OpenID support.
It currently conflicts with PHPIDS and we felt it was more important to focus on security first and 3rd party support later. - Speed enhancements.
We’ve worked hard to make ReputationHQ light on its feet, but we’re always striving to squeeze a little more speed whenever possible. Your time is money and we value that. - Feeds for Wiki pages.
We realize this may be a handy feature and we’re working to add this functionality to future releases. - The largest name search available.
We’re continually striving to make sure our search function is reaching the largest possible network of sites so that you’re getting the best results for your name, brand, and product. - More Metrics.
We’re working on more detailed reports for your metrics that will include charts and graphs so you can track your reputation or product buzz more efficiently on a month-to-month basis.

More metrics!!! (I’m a data junkie, so more data is always a good thing.)

Hi Jeff & team
In my experience, all online reputation management products are way too technical for most of the UK businesses I have dealings with to just pick up and use. On top of that, it’s like insurance; most businesses won’t think about it until they’ve been burned.
I think it’s going to take people like me using these tools ‘on’ clients first.
My problem is that because it’s an emerging field, I also don’t know how I can use this tool until I’ve explored it. And I can’t explore it without buying it, which I’m unlikely to do.
So I think the one best thing you could do would be a time-limited fully functional demo. I seem to remember buying ClickyStats because I had time to experience live what I could use it for. But just reading the ‘features’ list? Would never have paid, and I think same applies to Rep HQ.

Great comment Sam! Since we take such a hands on approach to this app (ie - there is some manual work involved to get the best results) we felt like a 30 day money back guarantee was a good place to start - but you may be onto something.
