A new site was launched recently - http://www.bossbitching.com/. That’s right - boss bitching. Don’t like your boss? Just post it on this site and vent your frustrations.

Never forget, the web is the wild west - there are no hard and fast rules and very little respect or integrity - this is not a call for paranoia - but if you’re running a business or an individual trying to build your credentials online - you’ve got to have an effective means of managing your reputation.

Just wanted to recommend a new ebook on Reputation Management that we’ve been reading lately. Glen Allsopp over at Viper Chill has written up a nice booklet that might help answer some questions about this new field of reputation management and reputation monitoring. After a helpful and informative review from Portland Usability, we’ve made some feature changes to the reputation manager, cleaned up the interface across the board and added some basic charting (showing posts by day). We’re really excited about these new features and have already rolled them out. Stay tuned for all new screenshots in the updated tour.

Goodbye, Enterprise - Hello, Socialprise

Here’s another word to add to your lexicon: “Socialprise.” It’s meaning is somewhat obvious: social tools + enterprise = “socialprise.” It’s a new term, but one we hope sticks around, since it’s currently representative of one of the biggest shifts in business today.
